The goal of this program is to find roots for the equation y(x) = 2 sin(.25*x)

1. Write a function that graphs the function for 5<= X <= 50

2. Write a function where you select the upper and lower limit that bounds a root.

3. Write a function that every time it is called performs 1 iteration of the bisection root fining method and calculates the % relative approximate error if this is not the 1st iteration

4. End iterating for a solution when the error is less than 1%

5. plot the root as a function of iteration
